This paper starts from the meaning of deep learning and explores its character-istics and the connection with the English curriculum standards. Taking Unit 3 The World Meets China of Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press (2019) as an example, it explores the overall unit Instructional design in senior high school teaching based on the concept of deep learning, aiming at establish-ing a new model of nurturing in the English discipline.
